Tasteprint is a personalized preference profiling tool that helps you discover your taste dimensions and receive curated experience recommendations. The service includes:

• A preference survey to assess your taste profile
• Free basic results with dimension breakdowns
• Optional paid full profile with AI-generated insights and recommendations
• Shareable profile cards and compatibility comparisons

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Tasteprint responsibly and legally. You may not:

• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

4. User Content & Responsibilities

You're responsible for the information you provide, including your survey responses and any demographic details you choose to share. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the service.

5. Payments & Refunds

Full profile reports are available for purchase. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final, but if you experience technical issues preventing access to your report, contact us at hello@tasteprint.ai within 7 days for assistance.

6. AI-Generated Content

Your full profile includes AI-generated insights and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy and relevance, AI outputs may occasionally contain errors or unexpected content. Recommendations are suggestions, not endorsements or guarantees of quality.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tasteprint is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. The recommendations provided are for entertainment and inspiration purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tasteprint and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Tasteprint (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by Tasteprint and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your profile and results are yours to keep and share.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
